Who We Are:
We are an emergent Internet start-up company with offices in Chicago and Evanston, Illinois, specializing in business-to-business-to-consumer (B2B2C) applications. Specifically, we have taken innovative university-developed technologies and are using them to help companies improve their e-businesses. Our applications are relationship-marketing tools that enable Internet retailers to provide real-time, one-to-one sales support and customer service.

Our team is made up of persons from a variety of backgrounds in business, academia and technology, and all of us have a passion for using our technologies and skills to help e-businesses better serve their customers. We are funded by venture capital firms W.R. Hambrecht & Co. and Venture Strategy of San Francisco, as well as ARCH Development Corporation of Chicago.
